A new week!

Hey, so I'm feeling great this morning! I wanted to share a few things that I've been thinking about this past weekend.

#1: Milk- Try to cut down the % milk you drink. If you switch from whole to skim you could save 80 calories a glass, if you drink 1 glass a day, thats 560 calories a week!

#2: Take the Real Age test. Go to: http://www.realage.com/ralong/entry5.aspx?cbr=NEXS6_P
find out how old your body says you are. Be honest so you can get the best results, and then we can work on making it better!

#3: Start writing down EVERYTHING that you eat for 3 days. Thats it! Just 3 days worth, try to approximate how much you're eating (1/2 c veggies, 1 Tb mayo, etc.). I'll do it with everyone and then we can make our food intake better together!

A new blog

Hey everyone. I started this blog as a sort of self-help for me and anyone else! Several times in the past few month people have asked me what I've done to slim down since having Thayden. Well, I'm trying to follow my health classes and make smart choices about eating. SOOOO. I really felt inspired to start this.

I'll post a new tip every day or two. Easy things to help you become the most beautiful you. I believe that new tip should be implemented slowly so as to not get overwhelmed and to be able to do it well. Take every day a step at a time and such try something small.


Today's Tip: Go for a walk!

Take a walk with the family (or friends) today, try for at least 10minutes. See how far you can really get in a short amount of time.
